The sponsors / exhibitors are requested to
send the duly completed and signed form,
along with the payment by demand draft to
the Conference Secretariat. All demand
drafts should be in favour of Dentistry
Vision 2010, payable at New Delhi (Cheques
will not be accepted). |

2. |
As a gesture of goodwill, the Organizing
Committee will provide two lunch coupons to
the exhibitors for each 6sq.mtr exhibition
stall and one lunch coupons 4 sq.mtr, stall
booked for Dentistry Vision 2010. For
companies booking larger exhibition space,
number of complimentary coupons will
increase in proportion to the exhibition
space booked. Additional lunch coupons, if
required, can be obtained on payment during
the committee. |

The Organizing Committee will confirm the
allotment of sponsorship options and
exhibition booth on first-cum-first-serve
basis. |

4. |
The Organizing Committee reserves the right
to change the venue, date of Dentistry
Vision 2010, the layout drawings of the key
plan and exhibition stalls, as it may deem
fit. |

5. |
An official letter of possession will be
issued to the sponsor / exhibitor by the
Finance Committee of Dentistry Vision 2010
on receipt of 100% payment. |

6. |
All the sponsors / exhibitors are requested
to arrange for their comprehensive
insurance, for their personnel, equipment
and material during the committee. |
|
7. |
The companies, who are planning to import
any equipment for display during the
congress, are requested to inform the
conference Secretariat latest by July 31,
2010, so that the Organizing Committee, can
apply for and obtain the official permission
from India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO).
This permission is a statutory requirement
for the Custom clearance of any equipment /
material for the exhibitors. |

The exhibition space will be allocated to
the companies at 0600 hrs. on 11th
September, 2010. The display in exhibition
stalls and sponsorship areas, should be
completed by 0900 hrs, on the same day (11th
September, 2010). Use of wet-paints and
sawing is not permitted at the venue by the
management of The Lalit Hotel. |

9. |
In order to encourage excellence in design
and display, the Organizing Committee has
decided to award Certificates/prizes –
first, second and third, to the best
sponsors / exhibitors for their imaginative
design and display. You may please note that
cloth banners are not allowed to be
displayed either inside or outside the Hotel
The Lalit. |

10. |
You are requested to carefully study this
documents and layout plans, in order to make
appropriate choice of sponsorship options /
exhibition booths as per your preferences
and budget. |

11. |
Cancellation or Reduction of Stall.
Cancellation or reduction of stall space
must be made in writing to the Conference
Secretariat. A 25% of the total cost of
stall would be deducted, if cancellation is
made before 31st August, 2010 and after this
date there would not be any refund. The
refund would be sent only after the congress
is over. |
